NC legislation requires individuals who qualify for a NC general contractor's license to complete 8 hours of continuing education each year, as a condition for license renewal.
Of the 8 hours, 2 will consist of a NC Licensing Board for GC's produced mandatory course, and the remaining 6 hours of electives.
You will be able to register for classes that will be held in Burlington at
https://portal.ncbuilderinstitute.com/Shop soon. Please note members will need a pin number to be able to receive their discount for the classes. To get your pin number contact the office at 336-227-1336. Also you will need a qualifier number in order to register. You can find your qualifier number at
www.nclbgc.org. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to call the office. You do not need to be a member of the Home Builders Association in order to take the class.
