Recently approved NC legislation requires individuals who qualify for a NC general contractor's license to complete 8 hours of continuing education each year, as a condition for license renewal, beginning with the 2021 license renewal.
Of the 8 hours, 2 will consist of a NC Licensing Board for GC's produced mandatory course, and the remaining 6 hours of electives.
You will be able to register for classes that will be held in Burlington on January 19th at
https://portal.ncbuilderinstitute.com/Shop soon. Classes for your 2022 License renewal are currently unavailable for registration. Please note members will need a pin number to be able to receive their discount for the classes. To get your pin number contact the office at 336-227-1336. Also you will need a qualifier number in order to register. You can find your qualifier number at
