New, Virtual and/or Developments Entries* 
$ 950  (Deadline: July 31, 2026)
*Requires ALL Fees, Builder Contract, Parade Magazine Information, Initialed Checklist, Member List, and Electronic PDF File consisting of elevations and floor plans for all entries in order to have renderings completed. To view full Builder Contract, contact the Association Office for details.
