The Building Better Foundations course is designed to challenge participants to build better foundations by several means; by understanding foundation basics, understanding building code specifics and options, better understanding load transfer from structural members that foundations support, the introduction of the definition of Presumptive soil values, as well as, tools and resources for soil testing prior to construction.

The Construction Scheduling class will enable general contractors, superintendents, project managers, and trade contractors to better manage projects through scheduling discipline, as well as, ensuring the timely completion of projects that ultimately affect the quality, profitability and success of all improvements.

This course takes a deep look into the contractual right of a customer to inspect. Commercial projects, remodel projects and new construction all include a due diligence right. This course explorers the liability of licensed general contractors and limitations of building code officials ,licensed home inspectors and other agents of customers.
